I've always been a coach and loved helping people, passing on knowledge, and supporting and lifting others to be the best version of themselves that they can be, whether in business or at home.  In 2023 I decided to formalise this and qualified as an NLP Deep Structure Coach.

Why Charity Leaders? There are so many people I could help with these new tools, but charity leadership can be isolating and challenging.  Burnout rates in the sector are alarmingly high, and I want to help transform these leaders so that they don't join the statistics.

My personal journey: As a birth mum of 3 and a long term foster mum of 2 (all now grown up), grandma to 2 grandsons and 2 granddaughters, and another grandson due in the summer of 2024 💜💜💜family has always shaped my perspective. We feel blessed and proud that our lives have touched many other young people through fostering, which was a very special time for us.

Dreams and hobbies: My husband of 30 years keeps us very well fed (as cooking does not bring me any joy!).  To wind down we are often away in our touring caravan and, whenever we can, we love to visit Lanzarote and our dream is to move there permanently in the next few years. I love to be creative and love to crochet and knit, and all sorts of other crafty making things.

As an FCCA qualified accountant, I've worked alongside charities and their leadership teams for the past 28+ years, as well as working with Community Interest Companies, Churches, and Community Amateur Sports Clubs. Beeston-Clarke Accountants works with non-profit organisations on a day to day basis as part of their fully outsourced finance team, or as their year end Accountant / Independent Examiner.

I love helping charity leaders to achieve their dreams and their charities goals, by doing something that I love.........

And, just saying, Purple rules!   All things purple bring me joy!!!!
